Photos, videos or browsing

Changing music or apps

Stopped at traffic lights

Sitting in traffic

Waiting at the roadside with the engine on

Supervising a learner driver

Driving a car that turns off the engine when you stop moving

Holding and using a device that's offline or in flight mode when driving your car

£200 fine

6 points on your licence

Possible disqualification if taken to court
